1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to set aside the order dated 10.10.2014 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Husnabad, Karimnagar District in Crl.M.P.No.150 of 2014 in Crl.M.P.No.108 of 2014 in Cr.No.133 of 2014 of Bejjanki Police Station, Karimnagar District. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner in one voice submitted that both parties settled the matter before the Lok Adalat on 27.10.2015.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this petition.
