This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in marking the portions of the building properties of the petitioners bearing Door Nos.5-15-9/1 (Assessment No.1076006775), Door No.5-8-49 (Assessment No.1076006776), Door No.12-4-17 (Assessment No.1076002758), Door No.3-6-31 (Assessment No.1076003125). Door No.6-416/2 (Assessment No.1076000596) Door No.6-4-16 (Assessment No.1076000594), Door No.3-6-9 (Assessment No.1076003253) Door No.6-4-13 (Assessment No.

10760000599) of Meraka street (AKP road), Kovvur Municipality, West Godavari District, for road widening purpose as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, and also the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act and rules framed thereunder and the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and the Provisions of Land Encroachment Act and for a consequential direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to demolish any portion of the building belonging to the petitioners without following due process of law.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing counsel for the 4th respondent-Municipality that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 18.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6730 of 2015.

Since, the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the above writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of terms of the said order. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
