The grievance of the petitioner is against the illegal and unauthorised constructions allegedly carried on by the 4th respondent.
Though the petitioner has submitted the representations dated 20.08.2016 and 22.08.2016 to Respondents 2 and 3 seeking appropriate action, the same have not been considered so far. Hence, this Writ Petition. Heard Sri V.S.R.M.V. Prasad Sanaka, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Sri Chatla Madhu submits that the representations of the petitioner will be considered and the allegation made therein, if proved true, necessary action will be initiated against the 4th respondent in accordance with law.
Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representations of the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass necessary orders thereon. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
