HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.282 of 2015 ORDER:

Alleging inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in conducting investigation in Cr.No.172 of 2014, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and final report is filed referring the case as 'false'. It is also stated that notice is also sent to the petitioners and the same was received on 27-12-2014. In view of that, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, if the petitioners have any grievance with regard to filing of final report referring the case as 'false', they are at liberty to file their objections before the jurisdictional Court. With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
