This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the order, dated 06-10-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.986 of 2016 in Crl.R.P.No.66 of 2016 on the file of the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is, to direct the IV Addl. Sessions Judge to dispose of the above Criminal Revision Petition as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, is directed to dispose of the above Criminal Revision Petition in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Accordingly, Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
