THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5802 of 2017 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The State has come up with the above writ petition challenging an order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, directing them to consider the cases of the respondents for promotion to the post of School Assistants (Hindi) considering B.Ed. Hindi as 3rd Methodology.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Services and Mr.C.Sai Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel for the respondents that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by a judgment of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.3094 of 2017 dated 22.02.2017, decided against the State.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
