THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 26674 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was as the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities on her complaint dated 01.08.2015.

2. The Inspector of Police, Railway Police Station, Secunderabad, filed a counter affidavit stating that upon the complaint made by the petitioner, Crime No.757 of 2015 was registered on the file of the Government Railway Police Station, Secunderabad, under Sections 354-A and 506 IPC r/w Section 34 IPC and thereafter, as per the instructions of the Additional Director General of Police, CID, State of Telangana, under his letter dated 17.12.2015, the case was transferred to the CID, State of Telangana, for investigation.

3. In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands settled.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
