On the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 06.06.2017, this Court directed the printing of the name of the petitioner and accordingly the name of the petitioner is printed today in the cause list. In spite of that, none appeared for the petitioner nor is there any representation made on his behalf.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
