THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.4239 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri S.Ashok Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that, subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the block placed earlier on the petitioner's TIN number has since been removed and the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.

The Writ Petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
