Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the Office of learned Advocate General(AP).

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the daughter of the petitioner has already been traced and they have handed over for custody to the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner does not have instructions. He, however, submits that the statement of learned Government Pleader may be recorded and writ petition may be disposed of. The statement of learned Government Pleader is recorded and accepted and in lieu thereof, this Habeas Corpus writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
