THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12954 of 2019 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application to the respondents for renewal of his arms license on 29.12.2018, as it will be expire on 31.12.2018. He further submits that the application is pending before the 3rd respondent, but, till date, the 3rd respondent did not pass any orders either to grant or reject the application of renewal of arms license.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner for renewal of his arms license pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, dated 29.12.2018, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
