THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITOIN No.12947 of 2019 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent that OP (SR) No.1 of 2019, which was filed against the Secretary of the petitioner Educational Society, was allowed by order dated 18.07.2019 declaring that he is not the Secretary of the petitioner Educational Society.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner Educational Society submitted that only the list containing the name of the Secretary of the petitioner Educational Society was set aside and that he intends to file an appeal against the said order, and hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after filing the appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J July 22, 2019 KTL
