HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.34769 OF 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by Smt.Bhupathiraju Vijaya Lakshmi seeking production of her daughter Siri Kavya alleging that she has been illegally detained by respondent Nos.3 and 4. As per our direction issued on last occasion, learned Government Pleader produced Siri Kavya before the Court.

We have interacted with her and she said that she has married respondent No.3 and she would like to continue to live with him. She denied the allegation of illegal detention by respondent Nos.3 and 4. We also allowed her to talk to her parents, including the petitioner. In this backdrop, in our opinion, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
