THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION Nos.32345 and 32390 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that if the private properties of the petitioners are required for any public purpose, the respondent Corporation authorities will follow due process of law.

The said statement is placed on record. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of, directing the respondents not to meddle with the private properties of the petitioners. It is further made clear that it is open for the respondents to acquire the petitioners' properties, if the same are required for public purpose, strictly in accordance with law.
