THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.10659 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ order or orders by declaring the action of the respondent more particularly respondent No.3 in lieving challan vide RACOTE171047608 dated 10.11.2017 stating as spot challan for the vehicle bearing TS08FH9939 for not wearing helmet /without helmet which illegal arbitrary and violative of principles of justice and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take action on the 3rd respondent for levying challan vide No. RACOTE171047608 dated 10.11.2017 as spot challan and pass such other order or orders may deem fit proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.
I have heard the submissions of Sri G.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record. 3.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home fairly states that the challan, which is impugned in the writ petition by the petitioner, was issued by oversight and that after noticing the mistake in issuance of challan, the same has been withdrawn and that no action is proposed to be taken pursuant to the challan, which has been withdrawn.

In view of the said submissions, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition and, hence, the Writ Petition shall stand disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
MSRM, J W.P.No.10659 of 2018 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
