THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.757 of 2000 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the plaintiffs, under Section 100 CPC, assailing the judgment and decree dated 26.07.2000 in A.S.No.68 of 1996 on the file of District Court, Vizianagaram, wherein whereby the decree and judgment dated 19.06.1996 passed in O.S.No.239 of 1988 on the file of Subordinate Judge Court, Bobbili, dismissing the suit filed by the plaintiffs for perpetual injunction, was confirmed.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.
