THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK TRC. No. 119 of 2003 ORDER:(per the Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court, by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, that pending consideration of this TRC, the respondent-assessee had availed OTS Scheme as introduced by the State of Telangana, and the same has been accepted by the State by issuing Form-4 to the respondent-assessee. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that consideration of the question of law raised in the present TRC would be purely academic and would not sub-serve the purpose.

In view of the above, this TRC is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
