HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.6936 of 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to promote petitioners on par with respondents 5 and 6. On 15.04.2004, this Court while admitting the writ petition directed respondents to consider the case of petitioners for promotion to the post of Assistant Divisional Engineer as and when promotions are effected as per law on par with their juniors. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of interim order passed by this Court on 15.04.2004, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

By recording the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioners, the writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
