Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (A.P.) appearing for the respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondents in not taking any action on the application, dated 31.12.2015, said to have been made by the petitioner herein.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the respondents herein will respond to the said application and pass orders in accordance with law. 4.

Recording the said submission, this Writ petition is disposed of, with expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the application, dated 31.12.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and communicate the order to the petitioner herein. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
