OFFICE NOTE 07.07.2023 ML,J I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2023 I.A.No.2 of 2023 is filed seeking amendment of cause title in Crl.P.No.4670 of 2023 in respect of surname of the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 as 'Varikuppala'

instead of 'Vallapu'.

I.A.No.1 of 2023 is filed to issue amended copy of order after carrying out necessary amendments as prayed for in I.A.No.2 of 2023.

It is stated that while trying the criminal petition surname of the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are wrongly typed. As a result, when the bail was granted, the bail order dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.P.No.4670 of 2023 was issued with wrong surname. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to issue amended order copy with correct surnames considering the said error as typographical.
