Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the sole appellant expired on 22.09.2016.

Learned counsel for the respondents is also present. Since no steps have been pursued to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant within 150 days, the present appeal automatically gets abated.

Hence, the present Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand closed.
