HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27269 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they are the absolute owners of the land admeasuring Ac.5.08 cents in Sy.No.41/4 to 10 situated in Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Kothavalasa Village, Vishakapatnam and their names were also mutated in the revenue records. While so, the petitioners found that their names were not reflected in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.36 guntas in Sy.No.41/4. With regard to the same, the petitioners made a representation to respondents 2 to 4 on 18.07.2016 for rectification of the same invoking the provisions under Section 5 (6) of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 18.07.2016 in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
