This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in F.No.02/Z1/Hyd/14/Supple, dated 01-03-2014 issued by the 2nd respondent, wherein the petitioner was placed under suspension as Mutawalli.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after impugned order is passed suspending Mutawalliship of the petitioner, removal orders of petitioner as Mutawalli are also passed. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
