HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT APPEAL No.164 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) Today when the matter is called for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader for School Education that the Government has reviewed the matter and passed orders dated 12.11.2015 in Memo No.10391/PS/A1/2014 in implementation of the orders passed by the learned Single Judge and, as such, requested to permit to withdraw the writ appeal.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
