Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents. 2.

In this Writ Petition, petitioner has questioned the order dt.21.11.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent canceling the petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization. 3.

Although counsel for the petitioner contended that the allegations leveled against the petitioner are not correct, since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy in the form of appeal before the 2nd respondent, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
