CRLP.No.3960 of 2020 Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to release the Petitioner/Accused herein on bail in FIR No.64 of 2020 of Gachibowli Women Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, pending enquiry and trial;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 15.09.2020 made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.Nagarjuna Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following
ORDER
This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 15,09.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.3960 of 2O2O, directing the petitioner to report before the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Women Police Station, Cyberabad, every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.0O p.m, till completion of investigation and filing of cahrgesheet, whichever is earlier.
Heard and perused the order dated 15.09.2020, Thas Court vade order dated 15.O9.2020 in Crl.P.No.3960 ol 2O2O granted regular bail to the petitioner/sole accused imposing certain conditions including the condition that the petitioner herein shall appear before the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Women Police Station, Cyberabad every Sunday between 1O.0O a,m, and 5.OO p.m. till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier, Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein has been complying with the said condition by appearing before the Station House Officer concerned and cooperating with the Investigating
z Officer. There is no allegation against the petitioner herein with regard to the violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 15.O9.2O2O in Crl,P.No.3960 of 2020 and also there is no allegation against the petitioner herein that he is threatening the witnesses and not cooperating with the Investigating Officer.
On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the Investigating Officer has recorded the statements of most of the mat€rial witnesses and charge sheet has to be filed.
