THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.11873 OF 2016 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 29.12.2016 stating that he was informed that the dispute between the parties was settled out of the Court and therefore, requested the Registry to list the matter under the caption for withdrawal.

Accordingly, today, when the matter has been taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission from this Court to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, permission is accorded and this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
