UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION Nos. 44672 and 44681 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (Per VRS,J) Both these writ petitions arise out of the orders passed by the Additional Commissioner (Commercial Taxes), granting a stay of the collection of the disputed tax, upon payment of 50% of the disputed tax.

However, it is stated by Mr. S. Ravi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, that the original order of assessment itself has been set aside on a regular appeal. Therefore, the impugned orders do not survive. Hence, No further orders are necessary in these writ petitions. Therefore, both these writ petitions are closed.
