HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10651 OF 2018 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein on 04.04.2018 submitted objections to the voters list, and the scrutiny of voters' list is scheduled to be undertaken by the Election Officer on 13.04.2018 as per the notification issued by the District Election Authority, Ongole, Prakasam District on 23.03.2018.

Having regard to the above factual situation, as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court feels it appropriate to direct respondent No.5 to consider the objections said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein in accordance with law and proceed further. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
