Today, when the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Jainath Police Station, Adilabad district-3rd respondent herein have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said written instructions read as under:
"It is respectfully submitted that there is no complaints were received against the petitioner. Hence interfering into petitioners peaceful possession does not arise. It is further submitted the respondent police never interfered into the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land as alleged by him, hence the allegations against the police are false and baseless and denied. The petitioner unnecessarily involving the police into the civil disputes, hence denied".

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place on record the said written instructions. 4.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said written instructions dated 21.6.2017 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jainath Police Station, Adilabad district. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
