ORDER:
The petitioners, who are admittedly in occupation of public property, filed this writ petition apprehending their dispossession by the respondents. At the hearing, Mr. Kuriti Bhaskara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that after filing of this writ petition, some of the petitioners have received notices under Section 192 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 and other petitioners have not received the same.
Mr. Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (AP) appearing for respondent No.4, submitted that notices were issued to all the petitioners and that they have not filed their objections. In view of the above facts, the petitioners are permitted to submit their objections within two weeks from today. On receipt of such objections, respondent No.4 shall consider the same, pass speaking orders and communicate the same to the petitioners, if he intends to proceed further to evict the petitioners. Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.45309 and 45835 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
