(P.T.O.) Petitioner appearing as party in person submits that though this Court by order dated 01.05.2025 had directed the respondent authorities to extend necessary police protection in the event of any incident taking place, and despite the petitioners approaching the respondent authorities, no police protection has been given.

However, on being queried by this Court as to the specific date on which the petitioners having approached the respondent authorities seeking police aid, no specific date is mentioned except stating that the petitioners having visited the police authorities even on 28.06.2025.

Though counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the 5th respondent and despite the name of the learned Counsel for the 5th respondent being shown in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the 5th respondent.

However taking note of the fact that the dispute in the present Writ Petition relates to land of Ac.15.00 gts. being claimed by the petitioners and the unofficial respondent not allowing them to undertake cultivation therein, this Court is of the view that in order to give a quietus to the matter, the revenue authorities are to be directed to undertake survey of the

lands and thus had called upon the learned Government Pleader for Revenue to look into the matter and obtain necessary instructions to enable this Court to pass appropriate orders. List next week.
