THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.13059 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.12979 of 2019 dated 27.06.2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to submit a failure report in view of the findings made by him in proceedings dated 22.09.2018 to the Government to enable the 1st respondent-Government to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
