THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.4970 of 2021 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.347 of 2020 pending on the file of P.S. Abdullapurmet, Rachakonda District has completed investigation and filed the charge sheet vide C.C.No.883 of 2021.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal petition with liberty to file fresh petition to challenge the very charge sheet itself.

Granting liberty as sought, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
