This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 and A22 in Crime No.466 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Afzalgunj Police Station, Hyderabad, registered under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 341 and 506(b) read with Section 149 IPC.

2 When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded. Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ T.
