HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.12970 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of the 2nd respondent on the complaint lodged by petitioners dated 21-05-2019 against respondents 3 to 8.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on earlier orders in WP.No.19339 of 2018, dated 22-06-2018, crime No.125 of 2019 is registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have obtained injunction order dated 04-09-2014 in I.A.No.405 of 2014 in O.S.No.111 of 2014 on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Jagtial. Inspite of that, respondent-police has not taken action on the complaint made by the petitioners. On perusal of injunction order dated 04-09-2014 goes to show that it is valid till 19-09-2014, but learned counsel for the petitioners says that it is extended and subsisting as on today. If that is so, the petitioners can make application to the 2nd respondent by enclosing a copy of injunction order which is subsisting and on such application, the 2nd respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
