This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: " .... declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the applications dated 4.4.2019 and 10.4.2019 for payment of compensation of Rs.5 lakhs as per GO Ms No.50 General Administration (Ser.A) Department dated 21.02.2014 as arbitrary and illegal and also Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to consider the applications dated 4.4.2019 and 10.4.2019 as per the above GO ....."
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Case of the petitioner is that her husband Donipally Lachaiah was killed by Extremists on 27.07.1995 at Maredupally Village of Velgatoor Mandal, presently Palakurthy Mandal, by K.Linganna Dalam of CPIL ML ground. Police registered a case in F.I.R.No.53 of 1995 on 27.07.1995 for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 302, 120B and 436 read 149 IPC and Sections 25 (1) (a) and 27 of Indian Arms Act.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the State Government issued G.O.Ms.No.50, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated 21.10.2014, fixing the financial assistance at Rs.5,00,000/- to the family members of those who lost their lives in the extremists violation.
5. Petitioner made representations to the second respondent on 04.04.2019 and 10.04.2019 requesting to grant benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.50 dated 05.12.2016, but no action was taken thereon.

Taking into consideration the nature of controversy, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be met, if a direction is given to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representations, dated 04.04.2019 and 10.04.2019 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second and third respondents to consider the representations dated 04.04.2019 and 10.04.2019 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
