Petitioners are assailing the proceedings, dated 04.09.2017, of the District Level Committee, East Godavari District, rejecting their applications for setting up of Fresh Water Aquaculture Farms, for which provisional registration has already been given to them on 23.05.2016, without assigning any reason. 2.

Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, states that on the basis of objections of certain persons, petitioners' applications for final permission for setting up of Fresh Aquaculture Farms are rejected. He is unable to state what are those objections and how they are relevant. 3.

In this view of the matter, since valuable rights of the petitioners are infringed and since the petitioners have already dug Fresh Water Aquaculture Farms on the basis of provisional permissions granted to them on 23.05.2016 by the District Level Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department, dated 16.03.2013, the impugned order, dated 04.09.2017, passed by the said committee is set aside and the committee is directed to reconsider petitioners' applications, after giving personal hearing, consider the objections and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioners. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________ M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO, J APRIL 10, 2018 Note:
