This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionersAccused seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.599 of 2021 pending on the file of III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kothagudem.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The case is of the year 2021 and there is no progress in the matter. Without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (04) months. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
