THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE NO.1686 of 2014 ORDER:
On 04-12-2015, when the matter appeared on board it was submitted by Sri M. Narender Reddy, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for counsel on record Sri V. Raghu, for the respondent No.3-bank that in the event of the petitioner approaching the Bank with all relevant records and requirements, the same would be considered, in accordance with law, and the learned Senior Counsel also suggested that the said papers may be submitted to the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank on record, Sri V. Raghu. It is now submitted that in terms of the above arrangement the petitioner herein submitted the necessary papers to Sri V. Raghu, learned counsel on record for respondent-Bank and the same have been forwarded to the Bank. Today, when the matter is called, it is represented by learned Senior Counsel, Sri M.
Narender Reddy that after receipt of the papers the respondent-Bank requested the petitioner to visit the bank with all original documents and link documents of collateral securities at an early date so as to enable the Bank to process the loan without any delay. A letter bearing No.0089/PMEGP/243, dated 25-01-2016 in support of the same is placed on record by the learned Senior Counsel.
In view of the above, the contempt case is closed and the petitioner herein shall respond to the said notice, dated 25-01-2016 within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and within two (2) weeks thereafter the respondent-Bank shall finalize the process, in accordance with law. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________ A.V. SESHA SAI, J January 29, 2016
