Learned counsel for petitioner/Accused No.1 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to agitate all the issues and grounds that are raised before this Court by filing an application under Section 239 Cr.P.C., before the concerned Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for.
