ORDER

This petition u/s.482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking to relax the conditions imposed in the order dated 27.10.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1600 of 2015 on the file of VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, wherein the learned Sessions Judge while granting anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to attend before the Station House Officer, Gannavaram Police Station on every Friday till the investigation is completed and also to cooperate with the Investigating Officer in respect of investigation.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Tellapur Village of Medak District and it is very difficult for him to attend the Police Station at Gannavaram. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the petition contending that since the investigation is pending, the presence of the petitioner is necessary.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case; as the petitioner is an employee in Medak District and since the investigation is still pending, the condition of petitioner reporting before the Station House Officer, Gannavaram Police Station on every Friday is modified by directing the petitioner to appear before the said Station House Officer on every Sunday.
