No representation for petitioner The petitioner complains against inaction in investigating or arresting accused in Crime No.394/ 2012, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the crime was closed on 29-06-2013 as 'undetectable'. In view of the closure of case, the prayer as made cannot be considered. If, the petitioner has any grievance against the closure can work out the remedies in accordance with law. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
