Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari by calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings in No. ST.No.2912021 1D1252512018, dl:23.06.2021 passed by 2no respondent and set aside the same by duly declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice, contrary to the provisions of Telangana Rights and Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and also violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia and also direct the respondents 1 to 5 to pay the compensation and costs.
