HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.14264 OF_2013 ORDER:

On 09.05.2013, this Court granted the following interim order: "Post immediately after Summer Vacation, 2013. In the meanwhile, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to confirm to the norms in the matter of running the generators and blowers. If the petitioner fails to comply with the norms within two weeks, it shall be open to the respondents to take necessary steps. For a period of two weeks, the seizure shall not be effected." The petitioner, if has complied with the earlier conditions and secondly, prepared to conform to the requirements of Noise Regulations, the petitioner is given liberty to inform the details to 2nd respondent who in turn will get the same examined by Regional Office of Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board before taking further action in this behalf.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
