This petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) read with 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to modify the order dated 23.03.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.513 of in Crl.M.P.No.2197 of 2016 in Crime No.83 of 2013 of Gudipalle Police Station, PRC No.3 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kuppam, Chittoor District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
