Mr.Suresh Shiv Sagar requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition keeping in view the changed circumstances namely, formation of new districts and also that application is required to be made in the format prescribed by law and seeks liberty to file application as prescribed by law, and thereafter, if inaction continues, seeks legal remedy. The statement is placed on record.
