THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4473 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.539 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition and Excise Cases at Kurnool. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
