ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the neighbour of respondent No.4 with the grievance that despite the latter raising construction in complete deviation of the sanctioned plan, respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not been taking any action. At the hearing, Mr.P.Kesava Rao, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the officials of the Corporation have inspected the construction site and found that as against the permission granted for construction of stilt plus three floors, respondent No.4 is adding two more floors, that immediately thereafter, notices were issued under Sections 452(1) and 452(2) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') and that the competent authority of the Corporation is in the process of passing an order under Section 636 of the Act. In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the
direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take immediate action, in accordance with law, in respect of the alleged illegal construction being raised by respondent No.4 and inform the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.53663 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. ______________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 22nd December, 2015 GHN
