HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12942 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not fixing the fee for the block period 2019-20 to 2021-22 by duly considering the proposal submitted by the petitioner-college as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that already the 2nd respondent-Telagnana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee tentatively fixed the fees for petitioners. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. If still the petitioners have any grievance, it is open for them to agitate the same in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
